Rod Marshall, director of Pathways Professional Counseling, gives an overview of who we are.
Pathways Professional Counseling is a ministry of the Alabama Baptist Children's Homes & Family Ministries. Pathways Professional Counseling helps individuals and families to seek solutions to their problems through professional, affordable counseling:
- Christ-centered counseling for children, youth, unmarried adults, married adults individually, married adults as couples, and families (Services include counseling for individuals and groups, creative techniques for counseling children, premarital counseling, marriage enrichment seminars, assistance to individuals and couples to strengthen parenting skills, and divorce recovery.)
- Assistance to clients as they choose the pathways that will bring them the greatest peace and contentment (We acknowledge that all healing comes from God.)
- All counselors are licensed and have graduate-level college degrees in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related mental health field.
