Meg Edney believes that everyone has a story, and that story informs everything that we experience and do. She comes alongside the client creating a warm and compassionate environment to heal. She helps her clients to process their story utilizing an integrative approach. Her hope for her client is that after working with her, they would be able to see themselves and their stories through a healed gospel lens.

Laura Garrett enjoys working with clients of all ages, as well as couples and families. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but also incorporates Strengths-Based, Narrative, and Family Systems therapies, as needed for each client in their unique circumstances. She believes therapy should be a place of understanding, healing, and unconditional acceptance and seeks to provide this environment for each client.

Rhett McKenzie uses an integrative approach to counseling, pulling from different schools of counseling, along with Biblical Truth, in order to tailor his approach to meet the individual needs of his clients. His two main approaches are brief solution-focused counseling in order to teach clients problem-solving skills to equip them to produce their own solutions in dealing with their daily issues, as well as a cognitive-behavioral approach. He has experience working with children, teens, and adults.

Chelsey Melancon seeks to provide an integrative approach to therapy built on a foundation of gospel truth and grace. She has a background in trauma-informed social work in both hospital and outpatient mental health and experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, critical illness, and relational issues.

Mollie Park works with children, adults, couples, and families as they navigate and process some of the most challenging experiences of their lives. Mollie strives to create a supportive and calming environment while being a safe and secure base for clients to process their most vulnerable memories. She believes that there is much healing that comes when we live in community with others and share our stories, just as Jesus demonstrated while on Earth. Mollie counsels from a trauma informed approach and works with clients who are navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, traumatic events, and foster and adoption-related issues.

Beth Ann Wilbur is a former military spouse and had the opportunity to serve in numerous support organizations throughout the Marine Corps. These organizations introduced her to various cultures and life experiences which influenced her decision to begin a career in counseling. She joins Pathways after several years in forensic inpatient mental health where she performed group, individual and family therapies to help her clients understand and cope with life’s challenges. Beth Ann uses different modalities to assist her clients; however, she knows God is the source of all healing.

Ross Hickman utilizes a prescriptive pragmatic approach that involves tailoring interventions to fit a client’s specific needs in hopes of maximizing positive results. His work typically involves some cognitive-behavioral interventions. He has experience working with children, teens, adults, and is passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma.

Kelly Arant enjoys working with persons of all ages dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Kelly also has a passion for working with ministry spouses as well. She practices primarily from a strength-based, solution-focused therapeutic approach, while also utilizing interventions from several counseling theories. This allows her to tailor the counseling to the unique needs of her clients.
